SELF CATERING ACCOMMODATION
The cottage-style house comfortably accommodates up to 5 people with two double bedrooms and a single bedroom.
Located on the ground floor is a spacious Lounge with sofas, Flat screen TV with free-view channels and a gas-flame fire. Leading off the lounge is a bright and airy Conservatory which also has a comfortable sofa and a bistro set. The Conservatory overlooks the south-west aspect rear garden with its patio and timber decking. There is a table and seating on the decking for dining or relaxing.
The Kitchen-Diner has cream cottage-style units together with a circular dining table and matching chairs. The Kitchen has both a Dishwasher and a Washing Machine for your convenience.
Beyond the Kitchen is a ground-floor cloakroom and W.C., and the outside door leading to the rear garden.
Upstairs, there are two double bedrooms, both with full-size double beds, plus a further bedroom with a single bed. Also upstairs is the family bathroom which has a bath and a shower facility within.

As a local artist, ‘Brimar’ has enabled me to display a selection of my original artwork throughout the house.
Most of my oil paintings depict the beautiful local landscape, but there are other subjects to be found on the walls, including general beach and seaside pictures.
Most paintings are available for sale, including signed framed prints of originals.
